you gotta be kidding me
Yesterday, the Fed raised the rate again to combat inflation. I had a debate with a Boston Beacon Hill broker who told me she didn’t think the Fed raising rates will impact the Boston condo for sale market. I respectfully disagreed with her. She went of to tell me the demand is too high for the Boston condo for sale market to have any impact. Her point was well taken demand is still out there. But to have no impact at all?
