If you’re up to your eyeballs in fresh fruit this season, the pros at Flour Bakery + Cafe have a stellar lineup of classes that’ll help you put all of your midsummer farmer’s market hauls to good use. Choose from several summery instructionals like Peach + Cherry Crostata or Sweet + Savory Jam and head to the company’s “breadquarters” in the Seaport for an afternoon of baking with one of chef Joanne Chang‘s knowledgeable pastry chef/instructors who will walk you through every step. Each class is capped at just 10 students so you’ll have plenty of time to ask questions and chat with your instructor. Classes cost between $150 and $195 and include all your materials, instruction, and recipes.
