Story about condominium buyer confused about street signs
I chuckled when a Boston real estate broker told me about an incident that happened to one of his foreign condo buyers. Apparently, the brokers foreign client couldn’t find her car because multiple streets had the same name as the one she’d left it on: One Way.
It reminds me of a story my brother told me when we were much younger. What happened, my brother was at a hostel in Germany and he parked his rental car, when he came back from sightseeing he couldn’t find his car because it was on a street called Einbahnstrabe (translation: “One-way street”)
