Chef Sarah Wade and the wurst-loving team at Stillwater are hosting a two-week-long tribute to their favorite Oktoberfest foods with a limited-run Sausagefest Menu. Available through Tuesday, October 3rd (in addition to the a la carte menu of classic american comfort foods), this Bavarian-inspired spread includes appropriately beer-friendly nibbles like pretzel bites with warm cheddar cheese sauce and mustard; flammkuchen with lardons, caramelized onions and toasted caraway seeds; and a combo plate with bratwurst and merguez sausage accompanied by house lager mustard, cornichons, german potato salad and sauerkraut.
