Second showing on a Beacon Hill studio apartment
Its very common for me to conduct a second showing on a Beacon Hill apartment even after they submitted their application and were accepted.
Here’s one such example:
Client: John, thank you for again for renting out this Beacon Hill studio apartment to me. This is the first time I’m moving out of my parents house.
Me: I’m excited for you, I hope you can manage to live in this small studio apartment.
Client: Its perfect By the way, I hope you don’t mind if my family comes on the showing, they just want to make sure its a clean apartment and in a safe neighborhood.
Me: Why, yes … that’d be fantastic if your parents, grandmother, and second cousins came along while I showed you the 300 square foot apartment.
