To all the plant-based peeps and the whole gluten-free gang, Restaurant Week Boston (aka Dine Out Boston) has a range of tasty flavor-packed dishes, so you (or your friends and fam with dietary restrictions) can enjoy all the deals stress-free until August 17th. From Indian and Latin American to Italian and Southeast Asian, you’ll have no trouble finding a meal that fits your needs.

For the herbivores, start off the night with French Onion Dumplings in a shiitake consommé with truffles and gruyère from Vermilion Club, or go for the Pesto Arancini, or Warm Hummus with harissa stewed chickpeas at Bambara. If you don’t feel like coming into the city, you can kick off your evening in Beverly with Shishito Peppers or Brussel Sprouts from Sala Restobar, or head over to Somerville and try Josephine’s Marinated and Grilled Local Eggplant, featuring whipped honey ricotta and crostini.

If you’re looking for something a little heartier, Henrietta’s Table is serving up a plant-based burger with Swiss cheese, avocado, spicy mayo, leafy greens, and tomato. Not feeling a burger? DW French is featuring a pasta dish with orecchiette, cherry tomatoes, broccoli rabe, and parmesan or you can get a whole vegetarian paella at Para Maria with artichoke hearts, peppers, peas, saffron, and lemon.

At Hobgoblin there’s no shortage of GF options — start off with a watermelon citrus salad and make sure to try their grilled sirloin with Jim Jaew dipping sauce. And if you’re plant-based and GF, the Soy-Glazed Crispy Tofu Pad See Ew is calling your name! Shanti in Dorchester makes finding veg and gluten-free options super easy. Their 5 course menu has dishes to satisfy all the dietary restrictions, from Pepper and Paneer Tikka to Tomato Coconut Soup and Aloo Gobhi, you’ll leave feeling satisfied.

And for all the GF pasta-lovers, have no fear, Pazza on Porter has a whole slew of gluten-free Italian dishes to choose from, just ask your server for all the options.
