Get ready to break out the lederhosen and dirndls because Sloane’s, chef Sarah Wade‘s new Allston restaurant, is gearing up for a fabulous Oktoberfest celebration. From Saturday, September 16th to Tuesday, October 3rd, the Continuum Building newcomer will feature an on-theme menu at both lunch and dinner (in addition to the regular menu of all-American comfort food). Indulge in a selection of traditional Oktoberfest dishes and flavors like Swissbakers’ jumbo pretzels, grilled bratwurst sandwiches, and the super indulgent Oktoberfest fries topped with smoked bacon, butter-melted onions, house creme fraiche, and toasted caraway seeds.  Mark your calendars for a can’t-miss event on the 22nd, where Sloane’s is partnering with Jack’s Abby for a fun night of festivities (complete with a stein-holding competition and giveaways.
