Whether you’re already an Uni regular or you’re looking for a perfect excuse for an amazing night out, make a reservation asap to see what chef David Bazirgan’s team is working on by way of an epic new tasting menu.

Available nightly starting on Monday, January 8th, the menu features 14 courses ranging from carefully cut sushi and sashimi to a selection of hot dishes from the kitchen for $225 per person. Uni’s always got the goods when it comes to luxe ingredients like caviar, wagyu, and of course their namesake sea urchin, so you’ll always be treated to something dazzling. You can also add a special beverage pairing for $85, which will span their extensive list of sake, sparkling wines and cocktails, or go your own way a la carte — it’s up to you!
