The award-winning distillers make their spirits with raw honey – see if you can taste it in beverages like the Side of Honey made with Earl Grey infused Barr Hill Gin, Grand Marnier, Barr Hill honey syrup, egg white and lemon; the Hi Honey which includes brown butter-washed Barr Hill vodka, orgeat and lemon or the One Dalton Gin & Tonic, a combination of Barr Hill Gin, wildflower syrup and tonic.
You can pair your drinks with a la carte snacks from the trifecta menu and, if you want to meet and chat with one of Barr Hill’s expert distillers, plan your visit on Thursday, October 12 between 6:00 and 9:00pm. They’ll have a rep on hand to answer all your Qs and discuss the role that the bees play in the whole process.
