My thoughts on the Boston condo market

I agree with Susan Orman, I don’t see many bidding wars in the near future. I also think that Boston apartment rents will continue to rise in 2023 and beyond. As far as Boston condo prices are concerned there are many balls in the air, specially, how much more the Fed will rise interest rates.
