Chef Marc Sheehan’s contribution to the snack dinner craze is packed with Ground Round-style nostalgia, and includes a “Stuffie” Eggroll that’s filled with quahog (clam and breadcrumb) stuffing and fried; chicken fingers with honey mustard, smoked barbecue pork ribs with chipotle cranberry BBQ sauce, and buttermilk-battered fried onion rings made with onions that have been smoked over their signature wood burning hearth. Plus all the snackies are served in a fried tortilla bowl and served with nacho queso dip for the ultimate five-in-one feast that’s perfect with margaritas or mai tais for two, or a pitcher of rosé sangria or Night Shift Nite Lite.
