Nationally the rate of home price increases continues to slow, even in Boston.
My thoughts, the basic fundamentals for the downtown Boston real estate market are still strong. With that said, I feel that a price correction is overdue. But I don’t see any signs of the Boston real estate market crash/
The 2020 presidential election year I have concerned about. I think Boston condos for sale will take longer to sell (Days on market) given these current prices.
