It’s Burnie and Chris episode 44! As usual, we start off with stating what intern Earl did incorrectly! We swim on over to the NHL where as usual the Sharks bring the mood down! But, Chris responds with away with positivity that involves the Rangers. Then there’s the Bruins, who are currently dealing with a few key players being out due to Covid.
In college basketball Chris makes fun of Matt for Villanova’s terrible performance against Baylor. After Matt fails to defend Villanova, Chris brags about Duke being successful still this season. We also react to Purdue being upset by Rutgers and Kentucky being upset by Notre Dame. In the NBA the Celtics return home after a dreadful west coast trip. However they were able to take down the Bucks behind a 42 point performance from Jayson Tatum. Jaylen Brown being back also excites us! Zion suffers a setback in his recovery and we give our thoughts on that!
Bo Nix is officially leaving Auburn. Matt is celebrating that this Nix era is over at Auburn. Bryce Young unsurprisingly wins the Heisman Trophy and we give our thoughts on the spectacular season by Young. There’s also some coaching shakeups at Oregon and Georgia! In the NFL we remember Broncos great Demaryius Thomas who tragically passed away. Chris also reviews the most recent Giants loss and says he doesn’t have to worry about them winning again this season. We share our thoughts on Urban Meyer being a horrible person/coach and we review week 14 in the NFL!
