Even though Boston condo prices are either steady or in some Boston neighborhoods slightly rising, I can’t see this continuing much longer. There comes a point where these high interest rates will impact buyers from purchasing Boston condos for sale which will eventually lead to lower prices. But Boston condo buyers don’t get too excited, I don’t think we’ll see much of a price decrease.
