This is a little off topic; I live in Lexington, and I’ve noticed solar panels are becoming more popular.
Did you know that solar panels can be rented/leased? When buying a home with solar panels ask if they are rented or owned and get it in writing. Solar panels are becoming more common, and I’ll be writing more about them going forward.
