For the first time since 2019, the team at 80 Thoreau is reviving their Corn & Tomato Tasting Menu in tribute to late summer’s two beloved bumper crops. Available during dinner service through Saturday, September 2nd (alongside the regular a la carte offerings), chef Scott Ryan‘s four-course prix fixe features these two seasonal superstars – glorious on their own and also lovely together – in courses like heirloom tomato & corn salad, gazpacho, and accompanying a bavette steak as heirloom cheddar grits and roasted corn salsa. Have a look at the whole spread below and book your table indoors or out to partake. The limited-run menu is available Tuesday through Saturday from 5:00-8:30pm for $72 per person.
